ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role requires working at my office on Six Forks Rd in Midtown Raleigh from 8:30am – 5:00pm M-F. You are not required to work outside weekday business hours or overtime hours. Your responsibilities are sales focused but this is a hybrid role requiring service work as well for current clients. My office is growing! There is no shortage of new clients needing your help daily. This is not a cold call position or an office that is struggling to find leads. We have plenty of clients calling in for you to quote as well as current clients to reach out to and determine further needs. It is your job to organize and follow up with new clients to ensure we have determined their needs and multi-line when needed. This requires following a process and organizing your follow ups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Licensing required - Property and Casualty to Start in a full-time role. 
    • Part-time positions may be available while you get licensed. 
  • Experience managing client relationships 
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
Details:
  • Hourly base pay with commission
  • Monday thru Friday, no evenings or weekends 
  • Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
  • Life Insurance 
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
